Melissa Willis, SHRM-SCP

Owner/Senior Consultant

Melissa started Willis Integrated Solutions as a way to help small businesses with fractional HR support. She has worked in various industries such as healthcare, legal, technology, non-profits, and retail, to name just a few.


Her expertise is in helping companies build solid HR foundations and working in start-up environments. She is an expert in HR compliance, benefits and compensation, organizational policies, and implementation of HR and benefit management systems.


Throughout her career, Melissa has led HR teams through multiple mergers and acquisitions and high growth start-ups. She has been applauded for consistently delivering high quality data analytics, reporting, and strategic benefit planning. She is known for providing levity and a sense of humor to her work style, and employees see her as a trusted advocate.


She holds a BA in Business Administration from Belmont University in Nashville and a MS in Organizational Management from the University of Colorado, Denver.
